No. You can book for both group and individual travellers. It is called group fare because these fares are pre-purchased in bulk as a group.
Group fares are purchased in bulk with special conditions, making them cheaper than normal fares. However, they come with restrictions: no date changes or refunds are allowed, once confirmed.
No. You will receive the same services as any other customer. Airlines do not differentiate between discounted fares and normal fares in terms of service.

No. Submitting a booking request is the first step. Our team will review the details and contact you immediately to proceed with payment and ticket generation. Once your ticket is generated, it is 100% confirmed.
Group fares are non-refundable and do not allow date modifications. Ensure your travel plans are finalized before purchasing a ticket on group fare.
Child Tickets: Booked the same way as adults, with the same fare applicable.
Infants: You cannot include infants while making the booking. Instead, inform our support team before completing your payment. Infant fare applicable.
You will receive the full refund after deducting INR 500 per person as a service fee.
For flight delay, the airline's rules will be applicable.

Step 4: Submit Booking Request
Submit your booking request. Once received, our team will review the details and contact you immediately to proceed further.
Step 5: Payment Process
Complete the payment process as guided by our team.
Step 6: Ticket Confirmation
After payment, we will generate your tickets. Once the tickets are issued, your booking is 100% confirmed. Please note that no changes or cancellations are permitted after ticket issuance.
